On a sunny, windy day, a sudden gust of wind launched a beach umbrella with a metal screw device down the beach, sadly striking and injuring a young girl. This sparked an interest in our founder to make the beach a safer place for everyone.

This portable beach umbrella base is easy to set up in three simple steps. First, brush away the top layer of sand, bore a hole using the included Sand Gopher, and place the ULTRA base on top. Second, secure two sides of the base onto the Anchor Collar, shovel in sand from the beach using the included Sand Scoop, and compact it with your foot until the base is full of firm sand, weighing 120 lbs. Finally, secure the last side of the base onto the Anchor Collar, and your beach umbrella is now securely in place.
